Established in March 2017, Keane Engineering was founded to address the increasing need for reliable, traceable, regionally-accessible calibration and engineering support services in East Africa. Today, we are recognised as one of the region’s most trusted calibration laboratories, serving clients in Uganda and Rwanda with internationally compliant metrology services, quality-management consultancy, and scientific equipment support.
Our operations are built on strong ethical foundations, professionalism, impartiality, confidentiality, and technical integrity. This allows us to serve a diverse portfolio of clients, from multinational research institutions to national laboratories and industrial manufacturers.

Our laboratory is also recognised by the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) — Laboratory Recognition No. UNBS/LRS/0024.
